This lower suite apartment is perfect for a couple or family of 5. You can ski off the back porch right onto the Roller Coaster run. The high-speed Silverwoods chairlift is 100 feet away. This is a true ski-in, ski-out location. This makes it easy to come in for a coffee or lunch or if you just want to chill with a mid-day glass of wine. With the hot-tub just outside the door under a covered deck, you will appreciate the convenience this suite offers. All of the dishes, linens etc are included. The only thing you need to bring are your skis, boots and bathing suit for the hot tub!

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 15 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
