The 4 bedroom house (3 bedroom plus bunk room) is located half way between Kelowna and Vernon in the beautiful Okanagan wine valley. It boast 148 feet of Okanagan Lake frontage on a level lot and is steps from the water. Special features include a private dock for boating, swimming, fishing and other water activities and a private beach with a fire pit. We have over 7,500 sq ft of level, night lit, lakeside lawn with private horseshoe pits and plenty of room for badminton, bocci, croquette, ladder ball, and other games - or just plain relaxing with a good book while overlooking the lake. There is also access to private tennis - pickle ball courts and over 200 acres of private forest trails for hiking. There are dozens of golf courses within 20 - 40 minutes away and downtown Kelowna or Vernon are only 35 minutes away.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Parking
Parking is free.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
Property Heating is included in the rent Guest pays utilities when the stay is 30 or more nights.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 120 days will receive a credit of 50% of deposit, towards a future rental (within 2 years). If the property is re-rented, there will be a full refund less $200 admin fee.
