Truly a winter paradise. Stunning 2 bedroom location with fantastic views and incredible ski-in - ski-out capabilities. Grab your skis or board, step outside, strap them on and off you go. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains. Wind down by relaxing in the hot tub. Just a few minutes walk to the Tube Park, Skating Rink, Bowling Alley, Village. ** The Foxglove building is on a slope. Our unit is on the second floor, but it is ground floor to where the parking lot is, so you can park and walk straight into the unit. There are units on the floor below, and that is also where the ski lockers, laundry and hot tub is. Once you've been here you won't want to go anywhere else!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.**If Covid causes the mountain to shut down and cease all operations 15 days or more prior to arrival, the owner will provide a 100% refund. If the mountain shuts down LESS than 15 days prior to arrival, the owner will refund 50% or offer a 100% credit to be used at a future date. The same will apply if there is a government-imposed travel ban between the Canadian provinces.**
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 20 percent of the rent is due 3 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 175.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
