Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1750.00 CAD per week booked.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 31 - 59 nights prior to arrival - 50 % if no replacement booking or credit to future booking. If replacement booking then full refund. Cancellation 60 or more nights prior to arrival - full refund.
Payment Methods
Cheques Preferred. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 15.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 500.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
