Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 40 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Parking is free.

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay. Daily maid service can be requested for a fee.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Linen
A fee is charged for Linen Towels are not allowed outside of the property. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 2.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 100.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
