Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 CAD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1200.00 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
