The Galloping Goose trail is close by, which serves as a popular route for both commuting and recreational walkers, runners and cyclists within urban Victoria. A 10 minute walk will take you to a neighbourhood hub complete with grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The condo is on the second floor of a two story low rise. Large windows on each end allow for an abundance of natural light and views of the outdoor pool and ocean. The eat-in kitchen is complete with premium stainless steel and integrated appliances, gas stove and a custom hideaway dining table that extends to accommodate 8. The living room offers a built in TV storage unit that includes a single hideaway Murphy bed. The unit also has in-suite washer and dryer. Access to many hotel - resort amenities, including outdoor pool and seating areas, shared fire place and a large gym.

Smoking Policy

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. The property will be assessed after check-out and the deposit released to the guest within 14 business days if there are no claims to be made. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded. There is no refund if cancelling less than 60 days before arrival.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
