Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. The property will be assessed after check-out and the deposit released to the guest within 14 business days if there are no claims to be made When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Parking
Parking is free.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded. There is no refund if cancelling less than 60 days before arrival.
Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
One-time fee of 55.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
