One-time fee of 4.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 180 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
