Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 1000 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
