The cottage is strategically located halfway between the central amenities area and the beach - marina. As well, the cottage is equipped with 2 bedrooms + Loft and 2 full bathrooms and is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. The surrounding areas offer parks, golf, boating, wineries and shopping within 1 - 2 hours drive. The cottage has a full unobstructed views of Okanagan Lake and mountains.

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 CAD is due 5 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 189.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Hot tub heating is included in the rent. Hot tub operates during the warm months only.
