Full appliances except cloth washer - dryer, 3 minutes walking to Creekside Gondola and all amenities: restaurants, ski school, shops. Not suitable for seniors due to stairs with no elevator.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation of the booking 11 days or more prior to arrival, payments will be refunded less 15% of the total rental as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 10 days or less prior to arrival, there are no refunds.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 business days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment.
