DISTANCES The free Village shuttle stop is less than a 2 minute walk away and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests). A minimum $500 fine will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Fines will apply for any noise violations.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Group & Min. Age Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival.
