Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Proof of age may be required for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 170.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
