Guests can use the common area pool, hot tub, and fitness room. DISTANCES The free Village shuttle stop is across the street and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA, Canada & Europe.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival.
