Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of $200 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Proof of age may be required for all guests.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Parking is free. There is a full sized secure garage plus 1 additional first-come, first-served space within the condo complex. A Parking ID is required to be placed on the dash or your car will be towed.

There is NO air-conditioning but there are 2 fans in the condo as needed.
Hot Tub Service & Fee
There is NO hot tub outside but there is a spa tub in the master suite.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of $200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
There is NO pool onsite, however there is an excellent Community Pool, Sauna, Hot tub and Recreation complex North of Whistler.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are possible for a fee.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
Property Heating is included in the rent
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
