This beautiful home, constructed in 2009, is set with a wonderful view overlooking Cocagne Harbour and into the Northumberland Strait. The area offers magnificient views of Great Herons, Mallards, Kildeer Plovers, Great Cormorants, Osprey Eagles etc. The private beach is rocky and sandy and visitors can wade and walk the shallow waters. The balcony overlooks the water and small pleasure craft lazily pass by. The sun rises straight up in the middle of the raised living room window. Walk to grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, hardware, restaurant etc. The house is fully furnished and has a 60" plasma TV and fireplace in the living room. Jacuzzi tub and shower in the bathroom. There are three bedrooms, one has a private door to the balcony. Another bedroom has upper - lower bunkbeds. Short drive (15mins) to Shediac area and Parks and beaches.
