This beautiful home, constructed in 2009, is set with a wonderful view overlooking Cocagne Harbour and into the Northumberland Strait. The area offers magnificient views of Great Herons, Mallards, Kildeer Plovers, Great Cormorants, Osprey Eagles etc. The private beach is rocky and sandy and visitors can wade and walk the shallow waters. The balcony overlooks the water and small pleasure craft lazily pass by. The sun rises straight up in the middle of the raised living room window. Walk to grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, hardware, restaurant etc. The house is fully furnished and has a 60" plasma TV and fireplace in the living room. Jacuzzi tub and shower in the bathroom. There are three bedrooms, one has a private door to the balcony. Another bedroom has upper - lower bunkbeds. Short drive (15mins) to Shediac area and Parks and beaches.

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 200 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
