As Nova Scotia offers a lot of water sports adventure we offer sailing tours, kayaking and fishing. One home is located at a long private beach with marvelous views to the whale cove and ocean. It is very easy to pull the big canoe from the sandy point into the River Inhabitants and enjoy fishing your own dinner. Particular for kids the bay offers perfect swimming and "Ocean`s Playground“. Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 4 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Parking is free.
Internet Service & Fee
A fee is charged for Internet One-time fee of 40.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure.
