Here you can enjoy two cozy rooms with twin beds on the first floor or watch the sunset from an extendable queen size bed all with memory foam mattress even in the living room. There, under the platform, you can pull out a comfortable queen size bed with a 6“ foam mattress and enjoy the sky and the milky way in the evening Our lovely old fisherman’s house sits on the rocks at the end of the quaint fishing village of Samson’s Cove next to Little Anse and is surrounded by the ocean. Here you can enjoy a stunning and endless view in any direction. Heavenly. You will immediately enjoy the L-shape deck, located on a 35,514 sq. Ft. Property, bordering the stunning rocks and one of the 7 sand and pebble beaches with lots of privacy. Enjoy on of the most stunning places in Eastern Canada!

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Email Money Transfer
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 16.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
