This Like New 2 bedroom deluxe cottage sleeps 7, we offer Exceptionally Clean Cottages that we maintain in a "Like New" fashion. Featuring a queen bed in one bedroom and a double & a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom and double - full sofabed for extra sleeping. 1 Bathroom. Living room has a Flat Screen TV (upgraded) with Satellite Service including French Channels and Sports. Full Kitchen with Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Pots'n Pans etc. Cottage has Wireless Internet and AIR CONDITIONING, also it's own deck with Propane BBQ and Patio Table Set for dining outside. We have a Heated Pool with wrap around deck in season. For the Kiddies we have a fabulous playground which feature swing sets, twirl & whirl, trapeze, cargo climbing nets, monkey bars, rock climbing walls, large climbing dome and 2 teeter totters that are also merry go rounds. We are located in the Cavendish Area just a few minutes away from the famous Cavendish Beach with lots of white sands. The Cavendish Beach is located inside the boundaries of the National Park of which they charge a daily fee of $23 per family. We have seasonal park passes that we lend you during your stay with us and it also allows you free entry into the beaches inside the boundaries of all the other National Parks on PEI as well Situated in the middle of 4 championship Golf Courses you are never more than 7-8 minutes from a great golf experience. Premiere Golf Courses are within an hour's drive. Downtown Charlottetown and Summerside is about a 30 minute drive away. We are located on the North Shore in the middle of the Island. Just a 2 hour drive to the furthest tip of PEI makes our location the ideal Home Base for day trips around Prince Edward Island. Cavendish is home to "Anne of Green Gables House" just 5 mins away from our Cottages. We provide you with free admission with use of our Seasonal Admission Passes. Sorry No Pets Open June - September (actual open and close date varies) This cottage is not a private cottage but part of a Cottage Resort.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. No Pets are allowed on the Property under any circumstances NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. The credit card must be provided by the guest booking the reservation. No third party credit cards will be accepted.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Balance of payment is due on arrival.
