The house is over a 100 years old with an old Chilean villa style house. This is the most safest house. It has been constructed with stone, cement and iron chains inside of the walls. The house has 3 rooms but can sleep up to 8 people. All rooms installed with Led TV. The patio includes mature fruit trees. The orange tree is 100 year old which produce approx 3.500 oranges a year

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.
