The 6-bedroom - 6 bathroom condo is fully equipped, and it will be YOUR own home away from home in Cartagena. Our kitchen is fully stocked and, if you want, there will be a cook - cleaner on hand to make your life easier and more financially sound. How is that. Because the restaurants are expensive in Bocagrande and even more expensive in the Old City. She will simply go and shop for you at the grocery store, she will bring you a receipt for reimbursement, and she will cook that food for you. And when she is not cooking, she will be quietly and discreetly cleaning and keeping the house organized. She truly is a great help, My wife and I have excellent language skills and knowledge of the city, and we have a special talent when it comes to helping folks out. In Cartagena, you can have all sorts of fun, but there are many street hustlers here who make a living by scheming, manipulating, and lying to Americans about "samples" of this or that, which they always call "sin compromiso" which means "without commitment." However, it is a lie, nothing is free in Cartagena...You will pay in one way or another. It is better to take the advice we offer and to do everything yourself, instead of getting involved with intermediaries that will cost more than they are worth. We are next door to the most popular meeting area of Bocagrande, which is the Juan Valdez coffee shop on San Martin Avenue. As far as house rules go, we only ask that you be clean and respectful. You can come and go as you please as long as you are quiet when arriving in the predawn hours, and please remember that all visitors must be in the condo by 10pm. Special exceptions can be made, just ask me beforehand. We are located 15 minutes away from the airport, in a neighborhood called Bocagrande. It is a 43-story building on the very corner of Avenida 1 con Calle 7. It is the Palmetto Eliptic, a round beautiful white building, you can't miss it. The cab fare from the airport to the Palmetto should be no more than 20.000 pesos ($10 US). You are going to love this place!

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
