Convenient location. 25 minutes to San Ramon and Puntarenas. 50 minutes to the San Jose airport. 1 hour plus to San Jose, La Fortuna (Arenal) and Jaco. 2 public road entrances from Rt. 1, the Pan Am highway lead to a manual gate and then another km to the property. Car recommended, suv or 4 x 4 in rainy season, May-Dec. Avis and Budget car rentals are close to the San Jose airport. (Costa Rica requires car insurance.) Many amenities include wall-in closet, tub, ceiling fan, induction burner and wading pool under construction. Internet is basic by mi-fi modem. There are also many wi-fi hot spots in San Ramon which is known as the city of poets. San Ramon is a pleasant town offering feria or farmers' market, cultural center, central park, library with internet, central park and church of San Ramon Nonato, and Las Musas waterfall and swimming pools.. Rents are negotiable and discounts available with deposit to Bank of America. This is a very safe, secluded and peaceful spot in nature and occasionally tropical animals such as deer, monkeys, coati, and toucan are seen.

Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 75 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 2 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 75 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 75 USD
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 12:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Check In/Out times are not flexible. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Key is provided at check in. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Check-in is not possible after 9 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children of all ages are welcome.
