Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1500 USD.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Check In/Out times are not flexible. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 5 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
