This beautiful newly constructed Villa is located on a hill overlooking the Pacific Shores of the Pacific Ocean, 5 minute walk down hill to the beach, 20 minutes from Jaco and 45 minutes from National Park Manuel Antonio. The Villa's private pool garden offers an unparalleled private view of the lush Costa Rican Jungle with mountains in the distance . Bio diverse myriad of tropical species are native to the area. The white face monkeys, the Capuchin, are often seen in the jungle at the back of the property, or sometimes come to visit the palm trees overlooking the pool. The small fishing town is unique on the Pacific Coast, where expats and Costa Ricans live together to form a working community. In this small fishing and surfing village everything is an easy walk away - the ocean, grocery stores, bars and restaurants - the finest along the coast. The town is famous for surfing, lessons available. Miles of jungle fringed beach to walk, tidal pools to explore, slide through the jungle on a canopy tour. The options are endless. If you crave some city life excitement, Jaco is only minutes away. Casinos, many restaurants and bars, a live theatre and cinema, and shops. Here you find tennis, golf, and sport fishing.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Parking
Parking is free.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 02:00 PM When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels should be brought by guest. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Air Conditioning & Fees
A fee is charged for Air Conditioning Fee of 10.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service. The air conditioned rooms include the bedrooms.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
Pool heat is included in the rent.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure. A guest must request this optional service.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. A guest must request this optional service.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older.
