Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
