Newly renovated traditional holiday home. Located in the Small Village which is an integral part of the tourist city of Dubrovnik near the local bus station and everything you need for a pleasant stay of tourists is within walking distance so no car is needed. We can also provide two parking spaces for cars. We are located near the mouth of the river into the Adriatic Sea and we are close to many beaches that are on the river and we have a lot of beaches on the sea that are available to guests. The city of Dubrovnik offers various opportunities for entertainment for everyone, cultural, sports and other tourist attractions and entertainment with a rich gastronomic offer.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 10 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a EUR cancellation fee) are refunded.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 10.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.

Parking
A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking. Fee of 15.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
