Welcome to Splendid house, a rental property made with love and care so that you and your friends can enjoy your vacations. Ours is a residence with over 800 square meters, of which almost half are gardens and beautiful open spaces splendid to relax. With a tropical and stylish decor, based on the use of high quality wood, plants and open spaces. It is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy. The spectacular architectural details of natural fibers, wood structures, elegant spiral staircases, and the transparency of large windows provides a smooth natural light that enriches the house, making it luminous and ventilated. The residence has three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, two living rooms, two dining rooms, a wet bar, a lobby, two terraces and a garden. The terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the warmth and the nature of Cuba, you will find a green space, where you can take your breakfast if you feel like it. We offer included housekeeping. We also offer other services(not included) such as complete and great breakfasts, dinner and laundry service. You will constantly receive friendly, personified and professional service from us.

Booking Deposit

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee. All payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Smoking is allowed inside and outside.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. A security deposit of 200.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Babysitter must be booked well in advance.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 10.00 EUR is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 400.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
