This two story house located near the center of the Santa Clara city, in a quiet neighborhood, we are two blocks away from the museum to the action against the "Armored Train" and three blocks from the Boulevard, where the city of Santa Clara gets alive, visited at all times by tourists and locals. The decoration of the house is quite simple, typical of a family house with the hygienic sanitary conditions necessary for a good stay of their guests. The rental room is on the second floor and on the third floor we have a large terrace overlooking the city. The room is independent, with safe door and own key. It has all the necessary amenities to spend a good stay and to rest, is comfortable, cozy and heated; Has a double bed and a single one, closet and refrigerator. The bathroom is private, hot and cold water 24 hours. Guests will have access to the living room and kitchen - dining room on the ground floor, where they can enjoy breakfast or dinner if they prefer, they also can use the terrace for the same purpose. We are a friendly, humble family with all the wishes of making guests feel welcome.
