Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 42 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 42 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 42 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 225.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
