Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 70 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 70 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
