Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4,25 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 USD., Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 75 percent of the rent.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 08:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 10 percent of the rent is due immediately. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children., Maximum of 4 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 3,000.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
