Just within 15 minutes from our Villa you can enjoy great attractions: Swimming with dolphins, take a catamaran ride along the coast, play golf in world recognized courses, have a delicious massage at the Spa... For those who like adventure you can do Zip Lines and Buggies through mountains and gorgeous forests, enjoy the nightlife at a cave nightclub or at the famous Cocobongo and many other bars and restaurants. Just ask and we will help you to plan your vacations to get the most out of it!!!! ***PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED***
For a perfect vacation we include daily housekeeping service to assist you with general cleaning, bedrooms arrangement and linen laundry, also electricity service is included in rent for a worry free stay. Other services, such as airport transfer, grocery shopper, chef or catering services, nanny, etc., are available upon request for an additional fee. Infants are very welcome and the following baby items are available for free upon request: playpen with baby mattress, changing table, baby bathtub, high chair, bottle sterilizer and stroller.
The villa has two levels:
1st level:

* Service area with automatic washer and dryer.
* Free private parking for 4 vehicles (2 roofed - 2 unroofed).
* Bedroom no. 5 (Perfect for elderly person): 1 double bed, 1 Sofa Bed, AIR CONDITIONING inverter unit, ceiling fan * Full bathroom (for bedroom 5 and visitors).
* Backyard and front garden with tropical trees.
2nd. Level
* Master bedroom: 1 king bed, AIR CONDITIONING inverter, ceiling fan, walking closet with private bathroom with double shower and 50” smart tv.
* Second Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, full private bathroom, AIR CONDITIONING inverter unit, ceiling fan and 50” smart tv.
* Bedroom no. 3: 1 double bed, AIR CONDITIONING inverter unit, ceiling fan, walking closet and full bathroom shared with room no. 4
* Room no. 4: 2 double beds, AIR CONDITIONING inverter unit, ceiling fan, walking closet and full bathroom shared with room no. 3
* Living room with work and reading area with large desk, swivel chair and bookshelves. Please note that we keep some personal belongings in the villa and we will keep a closet located on the second floor salon closed during your stay.
Guest are not allowed to enter to maid’s bedroom, even she is not in the Villa, she keeps some personal belongings in the room. We love the tranquility of our surroundings, we appreciate maintaining the peaceful atmosphere and request guests to keep noise at reasonable levels. No parties or events are allowed. We respect our neighbors. Please note that access to the second floor is only by stairs.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2,50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 06:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
