Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 5 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 USD
