This 2-Bed 1-Bath Apartment can accommodate 6 guests for a minimum of 1 night.
Apartment on the second floor with its own entrance (this is a family house, with a suite within the house for rent). Bathroom with a washing machine and bedroom with double bed. A second bedroom with a double bed (1.2 m broad) may be connected to the apartment, 1-2 can sleep on the sofa and we can arrange an extra bed in the living room . On the beach there is a rowing boat, windsurfing and a kayak that you can use freely. Fishing tackle are also available without extra charge. If you want, we will arrange breakfast (15 - person) and other meals (15-30 - person) or just a coffee. The nearest restaurant is 5km away in the summer, in the winter 30km. Buses run 2km away. **The hot tub is private to guests. The tub is wood heated and we charge 150€ each time for the heating when needed. For heating the sauna we charge 50€ each time. This fee (if applicable) will be paid directly to the Owner at the end of your stay.**

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 20.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
