Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee. All payments are refunded.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
