Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 40 or more days prior to arrival, 25 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1200 EUR is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. Do you have a cat allergy? Cats have stayed at the property. Do you have a dog allergy? Dogs have stayed at the property. Do you have a dog or cat allergy? Dogs & cats have stayed at the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 110.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Linen
A fee is charged for Linen Fee of 16.00 EUR is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 1 occupants).
Tourism Marketing Fee
Tourism Marketing Fee applied to full rent (including the matching fee). Fee of 1.00 per 1 occupant per 1 night.
Parking
Parking is free. No parking permit is required.
