Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a one-time fee of 3.60. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 3000 EUR. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 4000 EUR.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 28 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1600 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
