Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required. For long term rentals, a refundable damage deposit may be required and can be discussed directly with the owner.

Smoking is allowed inside and outside.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 1 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will receive 50% of payment back. For long term stays the cancellation policy may be different and should be discussed with the owner themselves.

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
