Great location walking distance to beach, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and night bars - clubs. The villa is part of a small luxury estate, with 24h security. Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, hence the 6 beds sleep comfortably and can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 2 kids. The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, 70 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due on arrival.
