The space Comfortably sleeps 6, and also has a travel cot and high chair available on request Parking is available free, on site for up to three vehicles. Guest access Access to entire house, also private patio with picnic bench to sit out and enjoy the views and fresh air Other things to note Bed linen and towels are supplied and included in rent. Unlimited WiFi also included. Heating is by electric radiators and guests control their own heating needs. Owner will meet guests on arrival, key safe is available for out of hours check in if needed. Numerous golf courses nearby. Also,we are just 4km from Waterford Greenway, which is a dedicated 28 km long trail for cyclists and pedestrians. Bike rental is available locally. Boat trips, horse riding, pet farms and kids amusements all within short driving distance. The Marine Bar which is nationally renowned for traditional Irish and folk music is less than 0.5km away. An Seanachai pub and restaurant is on site for eating out , take away , or a drink.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
