If required, the owners will help organise a car hire, wine tours, spa treatments and much more. To help you instantly relax groceries are available upon arrival (which include local bread, eggs, JAM, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, water and fruit juice).

Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 1 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 3 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort

Linen is included in the rent 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property. Beach towels are supplied.
