Taranto and the Ancient Culture of Magna Greece in a Wonderful Landscape of Sea Puglia is very famous for the sun, the sea, the nice historical places and the good food and wine. The town of Taranto has been the capital of Magna Greece in the ancient times and has the most important museum for Greek ancient art. But Taranto has also a very nice climate and wonderful seaside, with beach and rocks, very clear sea water, and it is possible to swim from march to November. We also offer the possibility to have nice trips on our sailing boat but also guided tour to a lot of interesting sites of the area. From Taranto it is possible to visit the baroque city of Lecce, the wonderful countryside of the Itria Valley with the famous "trullos", taste the special wine country of "primitivo" wine and many other special food of Puglia, the home of the Mediterranean diet. ******* Please note each day: From 2 to 4 PM we have a quiet period (it's the heritage of Spanish siesta). *************

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Property is not suitable for party groups. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children., Maximum of 4 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. A guest must request this optional service. Weekly rate per pet is 25.00. Dogs must be well trained & behaved. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 30.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Linen
A fee is charged for Linen Fee of 30.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) Beach towels should be brought by guest. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 30.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 2 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
Parking
Parking is free.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 50.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service.
