Our Villa is a 16th century noble estate from the Medicis period and belongs to our family since the 17th century; is situated on a gentle hill in delightful position just a short distance from Arezzo. Today, it has been restored into a beautiful agriturism surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, offering guesthouses divided in independent apartments that have been furnished elegantly and tastefully to offer maximum hospitality, charm and comfort, in the genuine Tuscan rural tradition. In summer, the garden is available at the disposal of our guests to relax and enjoy these peaceful surroundings. Wine Chianti and Extra Vergine Olive Oil tastings upon request. The town of Arezzo, located in the center of Toscana, is rich in history and has many tourist attractions This idyllic position will enable you to visit all the important historical and cultural centers in Tuscany and many other charming villages and hamlets. Within walking distance there is a bar - small groceries. The motorway is just 10 minutes drive away. Our family lives in the Villa and whilst respecting your privacy will be at your disposal if you should need any help.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 30 and 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total price.Cancellations between 6 and 0 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 80% of the total price.
