Fully detached apartment set in a large exclusive garden, spread over two levels, with a relaxation area and an open-air dining area. Just 300 meters from the village center (Fiesole) but once you enter the property you will be completely out of the noise and immersed in a relaxing tranquility.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 EUR.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
