This is an ideal vacation property. Located on the edge of a small village 10 minutes from Lucca and Pisa, 20 minutes from the Pisa airport, less than 30 minutes from the beech (Marina di Pisa and Viareggio), 90 minutes from skiing at Abetone, one hour from Florence and approximately one hour from the Cinque Terre. The house is a stand alone property with a single car garage, large yard, and plenty of parking. There is an added feature that will enhance your visit to Tuscany - a spacious outdoor kitchen (complete with a Weber gas grill) and dining area with a view for you and your quests as you enjoy a great lunch or dinner. The property is also ideal for the outdoor minded that want to enjoy the wonderful Tuscan sunshine. The property is near hiking and biking trails - for example "Dante's Pass" from Dante's Inferno is nearby. Furthermore, Lucca is host to a number of very popular activities such as "Lucca Summer Festival" (outdoor concert venue that has hosted the likes of Elton John, Eric Clapton, Norah Jones, Santana, Paul Simon, George Michaels and other such notables). Lucca also hosts annually "Lucca Comics and Games" - an international gathering of comic book and electronic games enthusiasts. And there is also a nightly performance of selections from famous operas in a Lucca church where Giacomo Puccini once played.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due 5 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 100.00 EUR for stays that are 1 to 5 nights in duration.Fee of 200.00 EUR for stays that are 5 to 8 nights in duration.Fee of 250.00 EUR for stays that are 9 to 14 nights in duration.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 200.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
