Vacation Home Villa was an old barn and it lies on a 17.30 acres (70.000 sq.Meters) private property located on the border of Chianti: there are beautiful walks and mountain bike trails through 750 olive trees, woods and fields of irises. There is even a little pond to rest by under the shade of the Italian Poplars. The barn has been completely restored and from June 2004 we are able to welcome Guests: we are very proud of the result!... And it seems also our Guests are very happy. The house is situated in a quiet, pleasant place and it is also in a perfect location to visit most beautiful places in Tuscany.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival.
