Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 08:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed inside and outside.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 500.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
