There is a swimming pool with Roman steps (5m x 10m, 1.2 to 1.70 deep) in the landscaped gardens. It offers self catering accommodation for 18 - 20 guests, 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 professional kitchen, 1 dining room and 2 living rooms. The Villa is also the perfect base for visiting historic hill towns just 30 minutes drive for Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, and only 20 minutes drive for Città di Castello and Cortona.
