Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 50.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. When a guest leaves the property clean (i.e. saves housekeeping costs), a partial or full rebate may apply.

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
